ACT’s detailed fabrication process ensures accurate, prompt delivery.
We aim to provide quotes within 24 hours of receiving electronic Hydratec files and within 48 hours of receiving printed lists.
Once the list is completed through our stock listing department, we compare our computer-generated list to the initial list to verify the accuracy of the information in our system.
After a purchase order is received, a complete set of paperwork with a label for every piece of pipe in the job is produced.
Our shop foreman then distributes the paperwork to the appropriate teams. ACT uses this process to fulfill customer orders accurately and timely.
